Which are the “warning signs” that tell you that your candidate isn’t committed?
Last week I had a nice chat with a candidate about the position that was a good fit for him. When I asked him his motivations for a change, he couldn’t give me a straight answer so I asked him another question If he would have accepted a promotion from his current employer, and he answered yes.
At that point, I didn't bother further and suggested a new call after a few months. At least I didn’t waste the time of my client.
